What does the job look like?
We’re seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across warehousing, transport, and integrated supply chain solutions.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team and fast-paced environment, working closely with operational leaders and customers to deliver commercial insights, enhance performance, and support business growth.
You will play a key role in supporting multiple customer contracts across warehousing, local and interstate transport networks.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will:
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Support commercial decision-making across diverse customer portfolio.
- Partner directly with operations and customers to drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
- Analyse large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Support commercial modelling, costing, and contract performance tracking
- Prepare customer-facing insights, reports and presentation materials
- Partner with operations to improve contract performance and efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the network
- Support tenders, pricing and ad-hoc commercial analysis
Are you the one?
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Commercial Analyst or Finance Business Partner role
- Strong exposure to supply chain, logistics, or transport environments (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
- Ability to work with large, unstructured datasets (DAX capability highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including customer engagement
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Working experience at organisations similar logistics environments will be highly regarded.
