The Role
As a Client Sales Officer, you’ll play a hands-on role guiding potential clients from first enquiry through to joining PlanCare. You’ll manage leads, provide clear info about our services, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Here’s what your day might include:
- Managing and following up new client leads
- Sending out and processing service agreements
- Answering queries via phone and email
- Building strong client relationships
- Supporting improvements to client resources and materials
Location: Full-time, 9 am–5 pm Monday-Friday, based in our Perth CBD office.
Start: Ongoing role available now.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing a leads funnel
- Is reliable, punctual, and friendly on the phone
- Communicates clearly, patiently, and confidently
- Has great written and verbal communication
- Builds trust and rapport with clients
- Has a can-do attitude and shares ideas
- Learns quickly and works well in a team
You’ll definitely need:
- Strong computer and admin skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great problem-solving ability
- A current Police Check
- Full rights to work in Australia
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience with My Aged Care or Home Care Packages
- Experience with using Hubspot and MAC portal
- A person-centred approach and a passion for supporting older Australians
- Lived or professional experience in aged or community care
