The Opportunity:
This dynamic role of Clerical Assistant will be the first point of contact for our Anglican Care Aged Care facilities and offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking for a new challenge.
The successful applicant will have a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to relate to older persons. You will have a range of skills to complete a variety of tasks, with the ability to work on your own or with others.
This is a casual position only. The role will have a requirement to work across any of our Anglican Care facilities across the region.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing a high standard of clerical support to the Manager/Supervisor and team.
- Rostering of staff across the nominated facility
- Working as an effective team member, ensuring that work requirements are met.
- Working with limited supervision, using initiative and judgement in tasks undertaken.
- Interacting and communicating effectively with peers, consumers, their families and all other customers.
- Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
About you:
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence, NDIS check, and National Police Check
- Knowledge of Health or Aged Care sectors (desirable
