Role Description
The Claims and Compliance Admin is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of wage subsidies and employment outcome claim fees under the Employment Services contracts. This role ensures that all claims are compliant with Deed guidelines and internal polices, while providing support to, employers and employment consultants throughout the claim's lifecycle.

- Outcome-focused KPIs
- Promotional, marketing and representational and advocacy skills

- Time management and organisational skills
- Experience in community support, employment services, human resources/recruitment, education and/or social services
- Experience working with clients with Mutual Obligation Requirements
- Experience working with Indigenous communities
- Experience in working with Participants with Mental health and other barriers
- Experience in working with Participants to address barriers
