Responsibilities or duties

  • Craft Exceptional Meals: Create and prepare high-quality, innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience for our members and guests.
  • Optimise Kitchen Operations: Ensure efficient kitchen workflows, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and uphold rigorous food safety standards.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the front of house and back of house team to help promote a positive and cooperative environment.
  • Uplift Dining Experiences: Deliver exceptional service and quality, consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations and enrich their overall experience at the club.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with front and back of house team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in optimising workflows and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Focus on consistent quality, inventory management, and cost control.

  • Passion for creating exceptional culinary dishes.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
