We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef Manager who is looking for Full Time employment opportunity on a Monday – Friday position. Join and be part of an expanding team at one our corporate sites Channel 9 Mt Coot tha, Queensland. Grow with us!

The Role:

  • Delivering high quality food for the site whilst following food safety standards, policies and procedures
  • Efficient service delivery, which anticipates and accommodates client needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the team and stakeholders
  • Ensuring consistent food presentation standards are maintained
  • Menu development that incorporates nutrition and healthy eating
  • Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic work practices
  • Stock control, including ordering, receiving & stock taking
  • Overseeing the team on site

  • A passion for great food, beverage and service!
  • Thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
  • Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading by example
  • A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach
  • Proven background of event planning and operations
  • Proven ability of training and development of teams
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
