About The Role

We require strong candidates who can keep up in our fast-paced Restaurant, Bistro & Events Kitchen space. You will be responsible for assisting the team keep the kitchen & back of house areas clean and tidy; and provide ongoing cleaning of crockery, cutlery and cookware.

The hospitality offerings on site will include;

• A 200 seat indoor/outdoor Café & Bistro on the ground floor
• A 200 capacity multi room functions and events floor
• A 150 seat premium rooftop Restaurant & Lounge

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
• Energetic and vibrant approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Punctual and reliable with a sense of urgency
• Safe Food handling certification (or can be obtained after employment)
• Australian working rights
