A full-time opportunity exists for a Regional Case Manager based in our Moe, Regional Victoria office.
About the role
Responsibilities or duties
- Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims.
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries.
- Maintaining and improving technical knowledge across all facets of claims management.
- Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application.

- Experience in a customer-centric environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
- Superior customer service and communication skills
