You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.

You know that to make a meaningful contribution there needs to be connection and collaboration across the teams. Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.

In this role, you'll:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate leadership and capability programs that address real workforce needs, align with Transport’s strategic priorities, and build enterprise wide capability through scalable, future focused learning solutions.
  • Apply research, data and evidence based methodologies to ensure programs are effective, grounded in best practice, and support continuous, self directed learning.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to diagnose needs, co design solutions, and use evaluation insights to refine programs, measure impact and inform organisational capability strategy.

We’re looking for a progressive thinker with curiosity, innovation and a passion for evidence based practice. Someone who sees the big picture, understands how complex systems work, and knows that meaningful organisational impact comes from strong partnerships, thoughtful design and rigorous evaluation.
