About The Opportunity
At Metcash , we’re proud to support independent retailers and the communities they serve. As our Retail Media Network (RMN) continues to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded, creative and highly organised Campaign Manager to deliver impactful campaigns that connect brands, retailers and shoppers across some of Australia’s most recognised networks — including Food, Liquor, IHG and Total Tools.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of media, marketing, retail and data — bringing campaigns to life across owned and paid channels while partnering with major suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to drive growth and innovation.
You’ll be the engine behind best-in-class retail media campaigns — translating ideas into execution, leading delivery from concept to completion, and ensuring every campaign lands with impact.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Merchandise, Creative and Campaign Operations teams to create campaigns that not only perform but genuinely influence shopper behaviour and support independent retailers across Australia.
In This Role, You Will
- Own and deliver end-to-end supplier and multi-supplier campaigns across the Retail Media Network, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on brand and on brief.
- Translate campaign briefs into clear execution plans while coordinating delivery across internal teams, agencies, media partners and external stakeholders.
- Lead campaign reporting and performance reviews, using insights and data to optimise future campaign effectiveness and outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with Ad Buyers and key stakeholders across Merchandise, Commercial, Promotions, Finance, Studio and Sales teams.
- Support and influence cross-functional teams by guiding Campaign Specialists, driving collaboration and championing continuous improvement across the Retail Media Network.
You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or campaign management
- Strong end-to-end campaign delivery experience
- Retail, media, agency or shopper marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience with MARTECH platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Broadsign CMS or similar tools will be highly regarded
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus
