About The Role

As a Call Centre Representative in our North Gosford team, you will be the first point of telephone contact for our guests and responsible for:

• Setting up motor vehicle service bookings
• Follow-up calls for our sales and service divisions
• Assigning guest-related tasks to the relevant department
• Providing guests with information regarding our benefit programs
• Database maintenance.

About You

Experience in a call centre environment

Experience in the automotive industry highly regarded

Exceptional professionalism and communication

Ability to multi-task in a fast environment

Microsoft Office and databases
