Whether you’re looking to grow your hospitality skills, or you’re already experienced in café service, coffee, or the kitchen — we want you to be part of the club for everyone!
Who we are
Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn’t find a spot keep the conversation going – so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people’s everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world’s largest Australian café chain. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.
What we’re after
- Allrounders who can deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the café running smoothly.
- Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine, bringing speed, precision, and passion to every cup.
- Cooks who can prepare and serve meals to brand standards, keeping quality and consistency at the forefront.
- Team players who can support across front and back-of-house, maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment.
- Customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced café environment and create moments our guests come back for.
- People who follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards to keep our café safe and compliant.
These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
