Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn’t find a spot keep the conversation going – so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people’s everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world’s largest Australian café chain. What we’re after

  • Allrounders who can deliver warm service, take orders, handle transactions, and keep the café running smoothly.
  • Baristas who know their way around an espresso machine, bringing speed, precision, and passion to every cup.
  • Cooks who can prepare and serve meals to brand standards, keeping quality and consistency at the forefront.
