  • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and operational standards

Drive Excellence & Pride

  • Lead by example with attention to safety, and quality
  • Help create a fun, customer-focused, hands-on environment

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

  • 1+ year experience supervising diverse teams
  • Strong operational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience delivering high standards for vehicles and team performance
  • Confidence in managing change and improving processes
  • Full driver’s licence and availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

This is a full-time permanent role where you’ll join a supportive, fun, and multicultural team that genuinely enjoys working together. You’ll have opportunities to grow your career in the tourism industry and be part of iconic brands that are expanding across Australia and New Zealand.

We offer amazing perks, including 5 days of free campervan hire every year to experience your own adventures. You’ll join a company that values your skills, wellbeing, and professional growth, giving you the space, support, and opportunities to keep moving forward on your own career journey.
