Role Overview

As the face of our Townsville branch, you’ll oversee everything from operations and sales to team development and customer satisfaction.

Your leadership will empower your team to deliver top-tier service, maintain our reputation for excellence, and meet ambitious growth targets.

What you’ll do (but not limited to!):

  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational and sales excellence.
  • Manage branch performance, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the rental business and expand market share.
  • Oversee fleet management, safety, and compliance to maintain our high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a branch, operations, or sales management role.
  • A knack for motivating teams and driving results.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and growth.
  • Experience in the equipment rental or power solutions industry is a plus.
