Our member community has access to a collection of rooms fit for work, life, and play with co-working spaces, karaoke and listening rooms, an art gallery, movement studios, and Luis’ bar and kitchen by one of Perth’s leading chefs at the heart.

We’re a private members club in the heart of the city, open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The vibe? Somewhere between gallery opening and your most functional group chat — a mix of food, drink, conversation and the odd DJ set.

We are looking for the industry’s finest F&B Attendants, Baristas and Wait Staff to join our team to deliver exceptional dining experience for both our guests and crew. You will ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations whilst promoting a positive work culture.

All roles will be full-time positions, 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of food and beverage to our members
• Taking orders and payments
• Offer advice to customers on drink choices
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests

Qualifications:

• WA valid RSA
• Food Safety Certificate
• Prior experience as a Barista (required for Barista role)
• Good time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including night time and weekends

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
