JOB DETAILS:

We’re looking for a motivated individual with a passion for food and a strong team mindset to join our back-of-house team.

This isn’t a one-station role — you’ll be hands-on across the truck, from prepping ingredients and working the grill, to serving customers and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the store. Bring the energy, and we’ll provide the training.

Weekend availability is highly regarded.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, quick on your feet, and able to stay composed under pressure.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and a genuine team player.
• Positive attitude with strong energy and work ethic.
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed — from cooking to serving customers.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to grow.
• Preferable: ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering, and maintaining accurate inventory.
