Canterbury BMW is part of Autosports Group which has 85 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and NZ, employing approximately 2500 staff and is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands.

Based at Canterbury, Sydney we are looking for a BMW Product Genius to join this busy team. As a BMW Product Genius, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales. If you have a passion for BMW vehicles and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their inquiries about BMW vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of BMW models
• Conduct test drives with customers and provide detailed explanations of vehicle performance and technology
• Assist customers with configuring their BMW with optional features and packages
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions
• Stay up to date on the latest BMW products, features, and technology advancements
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and work area
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

• A passion for BMW vehicles and their technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a post-secondary education is preferred.
