About the role
If you enjoy working with people, you like cars, and take pride in delivering a great customer service experience - then this is the position for you!
As a Service Advisor, you are the main point of contact for our customers who are bringing their car in for a service.
You will be helping them understand what their vehicle needs and ensuring they have a great experience from drop-off to pick-up.
This position is based in Kirrawee. Working hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm.
We are open to candidates wanting Full Time work OR Part Time work in a Job Share Capacity (for example one person working 2 days and the other working 3 days per week).
No experience is required - we will train you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in the morning and help them check in for their car service
- Listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
- Act as the customer contact between your customer and our back of house team
- Our back of house team will confirm what maintenance & repair services are required for your customers car - you will pass this information onto your customer.
- You will explain the work that is to be performed and costs involved
- Keep customers updated throughout the day
- Overall ensure a smooth, positive service experience for every customer
About you
- You will have great interpersonal skills and enjoy speaking with customers!
- You strive to deliver great customer service
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced busy environment
- You will be able to promote certain products that customers may need for their cars
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Able to work 7:30am to 5:30pm on their chosen days of work
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
