The Opportunity – Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Services (Adelaide)

Our client is expanding their Adelaide Business Services team and is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to provide tailored advisory and compliance solutions to a diverse client base. What You’ll Do

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through trusted, proactive advice and service.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior and senior accountants, managing workloads to meet quality, financial, and professional development targets.
  • Provide practical accounting, tax, compliance, and commercial advice to business clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Prepare clear written recommendations on structuring, taxation, lending, and transaction support (including M&A).
  • Support clients with business process improvement, financial modelling, benchmarking, and strategies to grow and maximise business value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified CA or CPA, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment in a similar advisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commercially minded with strong technical expertise.
  • Motivated self-starter who enjoys variety and delivering tailored client solutions.
  • Passionate about leading and developing high-performing teams.
