The Opportunity – Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Services (Adelaide)
Our client is expanding their Adelaide Business Services team and is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to provide tailored advisory and compliance solutions to a diverse client base. This is a chance to work with dynamic businesses, fast-growing corporates, and high-net-worth individuals, helping them achieve their financial and strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through trusted, proactive advice and service.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior and senior accountants, managing workloads to meet quality, financial, and professional development targets.
- Provide practical accounting, tax, compliance, and commercial advice to business clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Prepare clear written recommendations on structuring, taxation, lending, and transaction support (including M&A).
- Support clients with business process improvement, financial modelling, benchmarking, and strategies to grow and maximise business value.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified CA or CPA, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment in a similar advisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercially minded with strong technical expertise.
- Motivated self-starter who enjoys variety and delivering tailored client solutions.
- Passionate about leading and developing high-performing teams.
