What we’re after

Support the Café Manager in running day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth service and a great customer experience.

Lead by example on the floor — supporting the team during busy service periods across bar, floor, and kitchen.

Provide guidance and coaching to Shift Leaders and team members to help build a strong, engaged team.

Assist with operational tasks including stock control, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining café presentation.

Ensure food safety, WHS, and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Help drive sales through great service, upselling, and supporting local café promotions.

Step up to lead the café when the Café Manager is unavailable.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
