Background

We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst – Organisational Change here at DXC! In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative national Business Transformation team to support the design and delivery of people-centred change strategies across a range of transformation programs. Based in Sydney, you will contribute to change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities, joining a talented team working across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work with our clients to articulate the case for change
  • Facilitate ideation workshops to help clients think through their business challenges
  • Help clients understand their level of business and change maturity through conversations and assessments
  • Work with a team to help shape and co-design an organisation and people focused change strategy and plan to enable the business to transform to future ways of working
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the changes and how it impacts them
  • Work with Customer Experience and Employee Experience team members to translate technology enabled business change into meaningful change, training and communication initiatives
  • Assist the client in implementing change – pre and post the change, and in sustaining change and benefits achievement
  • Facilitate internal huddles to build awareness and capabilities for organisational change management

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years delivery experience in implementing and facilitating strategic and operational people and organisational change in complex and challenging business environments
  • Experience in Human Centred Design, Waterfall and Agile projects
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills: the ability to impart & convey information in a confident, clear and straight-forward manner
  • To consistently display a positive, enthusiastic, co-operative & service focused attitude
  • Maintain a high quality of professional presentation at all times
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
