Join our Operations & Maintenance Team on one of Queensland's most significant water infrastructure projects. We're seeking an experienced Administrator to support the $983 million Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline Project in Rockhampton – a transformational initiative securing water for the region's future.

Minimum 20 hours per week

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Site financial controls, budgeting, and month end reporting
  • Procurement and vendor coordination
  • Invoice processing and purchase orders (SAP & VAMS)
  • Timesheet and payroll administration
  • Site documentation and quality assurance
  • Contractor and visitor coordination
  • Training, inductions, and site events
  • Monthly reporting and presentations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with financial controls and procurement
  • SAP or similar system experience
  • Proactive problem solver
