One of Australia’s leading scaffolding specialist, Star Scaffolds, has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Scheduling Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team on a contract basis with great opportunity to go full-time out of our Sunshine Coast office in Bells Creek.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer service and enquires.
- General office work duties including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
- Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling and forward planning.
- Liaising with installers and sub-contractors.
- Reviewing scaffold install/dismantle photos.
