About the Role:
We're looking for a efficient and friendly Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our care community and provide crucial support to our team at Wantirna Views Care Community.
What's on Offer:
? Location: Wantirna Views Care Community, Wantirna South
? Employment Type: Permanent part-time. (Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm)
? Remuneration: Attractive hourly rate (DOE) + 12% superannuation

Responsibilities or duties
- Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
- Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community.
- Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications or requirements
- Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to complete:
- Pre-employment medical
- Police check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
