Requirements for Success
- Demonstrated experience in administration roles, including handling varied administrative tasks under limited supervision and providing high‑quality secretarial or front‑office support.
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals or within child, youth, family, or community services, with confidence in building rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong capability in working respectfully with people experiencing financial hardship, domestic and family violence, homelessness, substance misuse, or health‑related challenges.
- Relevant qualifications in Administration or Business (e.g., Certificate in Business Administration) are highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage challenging behaviours with dignity and professionalism while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- High proficiency in databases, information systems, and Microsoft Office applications, along with strong literacy, numeracy, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing priorities in a busy and complex work environment, paired with sound problem‑solving and solutions‑focused thinking.
- Full driver licence with no restrictions.
- Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
