The Admin Officer will provide essential support Admin/ Property Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across administration, property, and asset management. This role requires strong organisational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with IT coordination (equipment setup, tracking, and basic troubleshooting liaison)
- Process invoices, expense claims, and support purchase administration
- Manage daily office purchases and supplier coordination
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
- Support internal communication and assist with cross-department coordination
- Assist with property and asset management tasks
- Provide ad hoc support across the business as required
About You
- Bilingual Mandarin/English communication skills (preferred)
- Highly reliable, responsible, and proactive
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint)
- Comfortable working in an office environment and handling multiple tasks
- At least 1 year of administrative or office experience
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Driver’s license
