About the Role

This is a hands-on AR and AP position sitting at the centre of our finance team. You'll work closely with teams across the business to make sure transactions are accurate, suppliers are paid, and customers are looked after — all while finding better ways to do things as we keep growing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitoring debtor accounts and following up outstanding balances in line with agreed terms
• Processing incoming payments accurately within our ERP system
• Responding to customer account queries in a clear and timely way
• Completing credit checks for new customers during onboarding
• Maintaining organised and accessible AP documentation
• Managing invoice workflows to ensure timely processing
• Running payment cycles and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
