About the role:
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for providing a timely and accurate accounts payable service and excellent customer service to all levels of users.
In this role, you will:
- Perform AP related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing supplier invoices, employee related expense claims and third-party payments
- Process petty cash, debit cards and adhoc payments in accordance with company policy
- Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Prepare electronic funds transfers
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supplier records and master files
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Processing and payments of supplier, client and staff expenses within payment terms

- 3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role

- A current Working With Children Check card
