About the role

As the AP Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Management of supplier master data
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Ensure proper documentation and records of all invoices
  • Reviewing and reconciling statements
  • Handling vendor queries and effective vendor communication
  • Assisting with ad hoc reporting for the AP Manager
  • Reconciliation of creditors balance against supplier statements
  • Processing Forex Payments and currency variance clearance
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

About you

To become a successful member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and pro-active toward
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
  • Experience with processing multi–Foreign Currencies transactions is advantageous
