As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Accessories Fitter to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for cars who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

The Role

As an Accessories Fitter, you will be responsible for installing a range of accessories to new and used vehicles prior to delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit and install automotive accessories (e.g., tow bars, roof racks, floor mats, dash cams, window tint, etc.)
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all installations meet company and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Liaise with sales and service teams to meet delivery deadlines
• Report any issues or defects in a timely manner

About You

• Previous experience as an accessories fitter, automotive technician, mechanic, or similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools
• Eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Current driver’s licence essential
