Role Context
This 12‑month contracted full‑time APS3 role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment and enjoys providing professional administrative support to a busy service delivery team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, assisting with enquiries, appointment coordination, and general administrative tasks that ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Qualifications or Requirements
- Strong administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence when dealing with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence with digital systems, record keeping, and data entry.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People check.
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory for APS roles).
