The Opportunity

Due to continuous growth and upcoming projects across APAC, we are opening an Expressions of Interest campaign for experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our team. If you're an IRATA Level 2 or 3 Technician with wind industry experience, we want to hear from you.

  • Up-tower blade inspections and repairs via rope access
  • Blade repairs utilizing blade access platform systems where required
  • Structural composite repairs (Category 3–5)
  • Delamination repairs on LE , TE and Blade shell in various locations
  • Down-tower major structural repairs (Cat 4-5)
  • Quality control documentation and repair reporting in line with OEM standards
  • Compliance with Nordex OEM repair manuals and site-specific HSE requirements

A bit about you

You will be a key member of our Rope/Blade team, supporting turbine installation, inspection, and servicing on a variety of client turbines. You’re a safety-first technician with a track record of delivering quality work at height.

You must hold:

  • Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (in date)
  • Advanced Rescue Training (ART) and First Aid certification
  • Current IRATA Level 3 certification with valid logbook
  • Recognized Working at Heights certification
  • Proven experience with High level Blade repair in CAT 3-5 damages
  • Valid passport with eligibility for deployment to Australia or Japan or Taiwan
  • Medical
  • Strong English communication skills

As part of the recruitment process, you may be required to undertake pre-employment checks including police clearance, medical assessment and/or drug and alcohol testing.
